FAQ

  • How do I choose a class that is right for me?

If you are a beginner, choose a follow along class like Zumba®, Latin Fusion, Cardio Pop/Hip Hop, Latin Cardio Pop, Uplift or any beginner friendly choreography class like Wil to Dance, Burlesque, Salsa, Reggaeton Choreo, Groov3, Flashback Funk or Hip Hop 1. Any class denoted without numbers or number 1/2 is beginner friendly. Level 2 classes are intermediate choreography classes.

  • What should I wear? Do I need to bring anything?

Be comfortable! You’re going to move and your going to sweat! Wear anything that you feel good moving around in. Please wear sneakers or “dance sneakers.” Please do NOT wear shoes that have been hiking or may have rocks or pebbles in them. You should bring a towel and water, you will be getting a great workout and sweating while having lots of fun! Water is for sale at the studio.
