Cardio Pop!

Cardio Pop is a hot new follow along dance fitness class that will feel more like a party than a workout.

This class will combine easy to follow cardio dance moves with plyometrics for a total body burn. All the while we’ll be jamming to the hottest pop, hip hop, 80′s, 90′s and dance music.

Dance experience is not necessary at all! Just come and follow along for a fun, high intensity workout!

Flashback Funk

This funky dance workout has been specifically designed for those individuals without prior dance knowledge and/or experience.

So many people would love an opportunity to express themselves through funky dance movement, but have never had the movement broken down in easy-to-understand forms that can be executed with a feeling of success.

This funky dance workout breaks those barriers, breaks down the real, raw, 80’s old school funk techniques and gives people permission to get down, get funky and get loose to those unforgettable old school hits with a new twist!
